interest of such infant therein, be forthcoming in the
county where such bond is taken, for the benefit of the
person or persons who may then be entitle to such re-
mainder, reversion or executory devise, which bond shall
be recorded in the office of the. register or clerk of the
said court, and any person interested in such remainder,
reversion or devise, shall be entitled to a copy of said
bond, and a certificate from the register, under his hand
and the seal of his office, upon which copy and certifi-
cate, an action may be maintained in the name of the
State, for the use of the party interested, and judgment
may be recovered upon such action for the damage ac-
tually sustained.

An act relating to Public Roads in Anne Arundel County.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the supervisors of public roads for Anne Arundel
county, appointed in conformity with existing laws be,
and they are hereby required to mend the public roads
within their districts, by the fifteenth day of August, in
each and every year; and in case said supervisors fail to
perform their duty, as required by this act, the commis-
sioners of the tax for Anne Arundel county, upon such
failure being made known to them, are hereby required
to authorise the owner or owners of lands through which
said public road runs, to mend the same, requiring from
said owner or owners an account, upon oath, stating the
hands and teams employed, and the length of road
