LAWS OF MARYLAND.

MARYLAND, Sc.

At a Session of the General Assembly of Maryland, begun
and held at the City of Annapolis, on the last Monday
of December, being the twenty-eighth day of said
month, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hun-
dred and forty-six, and ended the tenth day of March,
one thousand eight hundred and forty-seven.

HIS EXCELLENCY,

THOMAS G. PRATT, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR,

THE FOLLOWING LAWS WERE ENACTED, TO WIT:

1846.

CHAPTER 1.

An act to allow Jacob Grove, former Sheriff of Carroll
County, Maryland, further time to complete his collec-
tions.

CHAP. 1.

Passed Jan.
2, 1847.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Jacob Grove, former sheriff of Carroll county,
shall have further time to complete his collections, un-
til the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-

eight.
