1846.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the trustees of the Male Free School of
Baltimore shall, within six months after the passage of
this act, elect by ballot five additional trustees, who shall
possess the like requisites and qualifications, as are re-
quired for trustees to possess under the act to which
this is an additional supplement; and such five additional
trustees, when so elected, shall have like powers and
authority, privileges and advantages, as belong or per-
tain to the present trustees.

CHAP. 116.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all vacancies created
by death, resignation, disability or other cause, shall be
filled in the same manner as is provided in the original
act to which this is an additional supplement, so that the
number of twenty trustees shall be kept up and continued
forever; provided always, that nothing in this act con-
tained shall affect the number of trustees now necessary
to form a quorum for the transaction of business.

CHAPTER 115.

Vacancies —

An act to make valid a deed from Augustus E. Wilson
and Evert F. Wilson to Basil S. Dixon of Calvert
County.

Passed Feb.
6, 1847.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a deed of conveyance made and executed on the thir-
teenth day of December, eighteen hundred and forty-five,
by Augustus E. Wilson and Evert F. Wilson to Basil S.
Dixon, of Calvert county, shall be as good and binding
in law as if the said Evert F. Wilson had been of full
and lawful age at the time of making the said deed or

have been fully complied with.

CHAPTER 116.

Proviso.

A further supplement to the act entitled, an ad to incorpo-
rate the Maryland Mining Company.
