SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That so much of the act
to which this is a supplement, as may be inconsistent
with or repugnant to this act be and the same is hereby
repealed.

An act to authorise the Levy Court in Prince George's
County to sell the Tobacco Inspection Warehouse in
Queen Anne, in said county.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the levy court of Prince George's county be, and
they are hereby authorised and empowered to sell, either
at public or private sale, as to them may seem most con-
ducive to the public interest, the tobacco inspection ware-
house, and the lot upon which it stands, at Queen Anne
in said county, and to apply the proceeds thereof to the
use of said county.

An act for the relief of James George Hardy, of Howard
District.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of Howard district be, and they
are hereby authorised and required to levy upon the as-
sessable property of the said district, at the next annual
levy, for the use of James George Hardy, such sum of
money, not exceeding two hundred dollars, as is equal to
the amount paid to each primary school in said district
for one year, except the primary school at Ellicott's
Mills.
