able to pay, etc. if they determine the

parties are not able, then trustees to ad-

mit, etc. and upon refusal and representa-

tion made to commissioners of school dis-

trict, trustees so refusing to comply, de-

barred all benefit of State's donation, until

grievance is remedied.

STOCK BROKERS, &c. — The sheriff of each county,

make, etc. a list of all individuals who

make it a business to deal in the purchase

or sale of stocks, etc. and return said list,

etc. to cleric of the court where such indi-

viduals procure license, sheriff to be

compensated as provided by 5th section of

act of 1827, ch. 117, etc.
