this act required, shall pay into the trea-

FRANKLIN ACADEMY OR SCHOOL— Every con-

tributor to, to have a right to vote by bal-

lot for nine trustees, to have all the powers,

etc. and incur the responsibilities imposed

in original act, before they proceed to act,

to qualify as prescribed in the 6th section

of act of 1820, ch. 43, in case of vacancy

etc. vacancy to be filled as prescribed in

2nd sec. of said act, etc.

The present trustees to repair to academy

on the 3d Monday of Oct. 1846, or any three

of them, to hold election, etc. and declare

the result, etc. if said trustees refuse to

open the polls, etc. the persons present

qualified to vote, to nominate three of them-

selves, etc.
