So much of act of 1798, ch. 101., sub.

ch. 14, sections 6 and 7, relating to the

duties of executors, &c, as dispenses with

return of inventory, repealed — provided,

the executor be residuary legatee, &c., of

full age, certify his consent, &c., to return

inventory within three months, of person-

al estate, with list of debts, &c., in case

of sale, report within three months, to or-

phan's court the difference between sales,

and appraisement, and also return any

further additional assets, &c. such exec-

utors, not required to pass any accounts,

&c.
