Upon passing any order, &c. court to re-

quire from the treasurer of board of com-

missioners of public schools, &c. to re-

ceive such funds, a receipt and release to

the administrator for such sum as may be

received in virtue of this act, receipt to

contain an obligation that said sum, &c.

shall he applied to the use of the public

schools, &c., to be recorded, &c.

at any time legal representatives appear,

with the rights vested in the Charitable

283, as exempts free negroes from its op-

eration, as relates to orphan's court of

Baltimore county repealed, and all the

powers conferred on said court to be exer-

cised by Baltimore city court, &c.
