No. 69.
Resolution requesting the Librarian to furnish the Regis-
ter of Wills for Cecil county, with copies of laws
from eighteen hundred and eighteen to eighteen hun-
dred and thirty-four, &c. and reports of Gill and John-
son, volumes three, four and five, bound.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Librarian be, and he is empowered and requested to
procure and deliver to George R. Howard, esquire, re-
gister of wills for Cecil county, for the use of the or-
phans court of said county, bound copies of the laws of
Maryland, from eighteen hundred and eighteen to eigh-
teen hundred and thirty-four inclusive, and also bound
copies of the third, fourth, fifth and sixth volumes of Gill
and Johnson's reports; provided, the same be in the li-
brary.

Resolution in relation to the improvement of the harbor
of Havre-de-Grace.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Governor be, and he is hereby requested to transmit
to each of the Senators and Representatives of the State
of Maryland in the present Congress, a copy of the res-
solution number ten, passed by the General Assembly of
Maryland, at December session, eighteen hundred and
forty-four, and that said Senators and Representatives, be
requested to urge the appropriation by the General Go-
vernment, of a sufficient sum of money for the improve-
ment of the harbor at Havre-de-Grace, as a matter of
great importance to the interests of the State of Mary-
land, and the commerce of the country.
