as makes the President and Directors of the Commercial
and Farmers' Bank of Baltimore aforesaid, subject to all
or any of the rules, restrictions and limitations, of the
fundamental articles of the Merchants' Bank of Balti-
more, which may be inconsistent with the original char-

ter and supplements aforesaid, be and the same are here-
by repealed.

Repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall be
considered in full force and virtue, as soon as the Presi-
dent and Directors of the Commercial and Farmers'
Bank of Baltimore aforesaid, shall by resolution autho-
rised at a general meeting of the stockholders, to be
called for that purpose, declare their acceptance thereof,
and transmit to the Treasurer of the State, a copy of said
resolution, certified under the seal of the corporation.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the seventh section of the act of eighteen hundred
and thirty-one, chapter three hundred and sixteen, sec-
tion seven, be and the same is hereby repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That A. A. Reese, D. A. McJilton, Joseph
Wheary, Thomas Jenkins, Jonathan Isaacs, John Say-
men, Richard Leizear, John Banks, Thomas Gosnell,
Reubin P. Hammond, Hiram McKinsay, Jacob Timanus,
Ezekiel Mills and others; the officers and members of the
Patapsco Division, Number Eleven of the Sons of Tem-
perance, and all others who may become members of said

Incorporated.
