An act to make valid a deed from Catharine Richards to
Charles Harrison.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a deed of bargain and sale executed by Catharine
Richards to Charles Harrison, on the twenty-fourth day
of December, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-
five, and the same day acknowledged before justices of
the peace in and for Baltimore city, and recorded on the
sixth day of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-six,
in Liber T. K. No. 853, Folio 521, &c., one of the land
records of Baltimore county, be and the same is hereby
confirmed and made valid.

An act for altering the lines of the fourth and seventh
Election Districts in Carroll County, Maryland.

5, 1846.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the line of the seventh election district shall be
extended along the county road, called the Nicode-
mus road, to Morgan's run, then up said run to the
centre of a county road leading from the Stone Meeting
House to the Washington road, then bounding on the
centre of said road, to the centre of the county road
leading from Westminster to Warfieldsburgh.

county, Maryland, further time to complete his col-
lections.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Jacob Grove, former sheriff of Carroll county,
shall have further time to complete his collections, until
the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-seven.
