interest on.

Treasurer retaining it out of the interest

   

falling due on 1st day of July, &c. and in-

   

stead of authorising commissioner of loans

   

to draw on him for full amount of interest

   

falling due on the said day, Treasurer to au-

   

thorise a draft for the balance only of the

   

interest due after deducting said tax, a-

   

mount of said tax then to be carried over

   

to the credit of the State by said Treasu'
rer.
