as is necessary to be performed at the office of the
Commissioner of Loans in the city of Baltimore, until after
the termination of the present session of the Legislature,
and they are hereby authorised and required to perform
said duty, during the recess of the Legislature, and make
report thereof to the Governor, to be communicated by
him to the Legislature at its next session.
Resolved, That the Treasurer pay the members of the
committee the sum of four dollars for each, and every day
in which they shall be engaged in the discharge of their
duty, and two dollars for every twenty miles they shall
travel by the usual route in going to and returning from
Baltimore.

Resolution in relation to furnishing the clerks of the Coun-
ty Courts, Registers of Wills, and Commissioners of
the several counties in the State, with copies of the
Laws.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Librarian be directed to furnish a copy of Dorsey's
edition of the laws of Maryland, to the commissioners of
Harford county, and also, to furnish to said board of com-
missioners, and to the Orphans' court and county court of
said county, each a bound copy of the laws from the years
eighteen hundred and forty-two, eighteen hundred and for-
ty-three, and that the Governor be requested to cause to
be furnished each of the county clerks, register of wills
and commissioners of the several counties with a bound
copy of the laws annually hereafter.

Resolution appointing William H. Fitzhugh, Director in
the Mechanics' Dank of Baltimore.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
William H. Fitzhugh, be appointed a director on the part
of the State, for the Mechanics' Bank of Baltimore.
