Resolution in favor of James H. Coulter.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer be, and he is hereby authorised and di-
rected to pay to James H. Coulter, sixty dollars, out
of any money unappropriated in the Treasury, for services
rendered to the House of Delegates.

No. 45.
Resolution requiring the Orphans' Court of Calvert Coun-
ty, to invest the School Fund of said County.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Orphans' court of Calvert county be, and they are here-
by required and directed to invest from time to time, as
they may deem necessary, any surplus monies belonging to
the Common school fund of said county, in stock of the Far-
mer's Bank of Maryland, or in any other manner best cal-
culated to promote said fund.

No. 46.

Resolution relative to the Priming of the Laws.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland That
the printer of the laws of this session, and all future ses-
sions, shall print the same immediately after the adjournment
of the Legislature, and that he deliver them to the respec-
tive counties of this State, on or before the twentieth day
of May next, and annually thereafter on the same day, and
in case of failure to do so, he shall forfeit and pay to the
State, the sum of two hundred dollars, to be deducted by
the Governor out of his account for printing said laws.
