Resolution requiring the Librarian to furnish the Regis-
ter of Wills for Somerset county with certain books
from the Library.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Librarian furnish to the Register of Wills for Somer-
set county, the fourth volume of Harris and McHenry's
Reports, and the first volume of Harris and Johnson Re-
ports, and the Laws of the General Assembly for the
years 1819, 1820, 1826, 1839, and 1842, if the fame or
any part thereof can be supplied conveniently from the
surplus copies of the State.

Resolution in favor of the Maryland Historical Society.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the State Librarian, be hereby authorised and directed to
deliver to the Maryland Historical Society, a copy of
each of the State Publications, of which there may be
more than ten copies in the Library.

Resolution in favor of John H. T. Magruder.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
John H. T. Magruder, late Librarian of the State Library,
be and he is hereby allowed the same free access to, and
use of the State Library, as other privileged persons are
