LAWS OF MARYLAND.

MARYLAND, Sc.

At a session of the General Assembly of Maryland, begun
and held at the City of Annapolis, on the last Monday of
December, being the thirtieth day of said month, in the
year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty-
four, and ended the tenth day of March, one thousand
eight hundred and forty-five.

THE FOLLOWING LAWS WERE ENACTED, TO WIT:

1844.

CHAPTER 1.

CHAP. 1.

An act for the benefit of Noah Rider, administrator of John
B. Rider, late of Somerset County.

4, 1845.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Orphans court of Somerset county,
are hereby authorised to ratify and confirm the sales of the
personal estate of John B. Rider, as made by his adminis-
