CHAPTER 140.

An act entitled, an act to allow George Beckenbaugh late
Collector of Frederick County, further time to complete
his collections.
|
|
Time allowed.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
George Beckenbaugh, collector of county taxes for Frede-
rick county, for the years eighteen hundred and forty-one
and eighteen hundred and forty-two, be and he is hereby
allowed until the first day of April, eighteen hundred and
forty-six, to complete his collections, in the same manner
which the said George Beckenbaugh could, or might have
done within the time limited by law, any thing to the
contrary notwithstanding.

CHAPTER 141.

An act to allow Patrick O'Neill, Collector of Frederick
County, further time to complete his collections.
|
|
Time allowed.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the time limited by law within which Patrick O'-
Neill, late collector of Frederick county, should have
made his collections, be and the same is hereby extended
to the last day of December, in the year eighteen hundred
and forty-five.

A supplement to an act passed at December session eighteen
hundred and forty-three, chapter three hundred and six.

Gates to be
removed.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of Montgomery county, are here-
by required if in their opinion it would be conducive of
the public interest, to cause the gates upon a certain road
mentioned in the act to which this is a supplement, to be
removed within six months from and after the passage of
this act.
