(House Bill 607)

AN ACT legalizing the 1953 Cumulative Supplement to
the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore County (1948
Edition), edited by James A. Pine, and making it evi-
dence of the law.

WHEREAS, The General Assembly, at its Session of 1949,
legalized and made evidence of the law the Code of Public
Local Laws of Baltimore County (1948 Edition), edited by
Michael Paul Smith; and

WHEREAS, A Supplement known as the 1953 Cumulative
Supplement to the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore
County (1948 Edition) has been prepared and contains all
additions and amendments to the Public Local Laws of
Baltimore County through the Acts of the 1953 Session
of the General Assembly of Maryland; now therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the 1953 Cumulative Supplement to the
Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore County be and the
same is hereby legalized and shall be deemed and taken in
all courts of the State and by all justices of the peace of the
State and by all public officials of the State to be evidence
of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore County in existence
at the time of its compilation.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.
