AN ACT to add a new sub-section to Section 28 of Article
2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Local Licenses
and License Provisions", said new sub-section to be
known as Sub-section (g) and to follow immediately
after Sub-section (f) of said Section 28, providing for
a license in the Eighth Election District of Anne Arundel
County for the sale of alcoholic beverages at any bona
fide yacht club which meets certain specifications; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE COST OF SUBMITTING SUCH
QUESTION TO THE VOTERS OF THE EIGHTH
ELECTION DISTRICT OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUN-
TY AND SUBMITTING THIS ACT TO A REFEREN-
DUM OF SAID VOTERS.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new sub-section be and it is hereby added
to Section 28 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1951 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title
"Local Licenses and License Provisions", said new sub-
section to be known as Sub-section (g) and to follow imme-
diately after Sub-section (f) of said Section 28 and to
read as follows:

28.

(g) In the Eighth Election District of Anne Arundel
County, the owner or owners of any bona fide yacht club
which has slip and/or dockside capacity for not less than
twenty-five yachts, which has a bona fide membership of not
less than fifty persons, and which has not less than five
acres of land immediately adjacent thereto, whether an
individual, association or corporation, shall, without fur-
