hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-
section (E) of Section 349 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County (1943 Edition), being
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Prince George's County", sub-title "Cottage
City", providing for the time at which the Board of
Election Supervisors of Prince George's County shall
conduct a registration of the voters of Cottage City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sub-section (E) of Section 349 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Prince George's County (1943 Edition),
being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Prince George's County", sub-title "Cottage
City", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

349.

(E) Said Board shall, on the first Monday in April, if
not a legal holiday, and if a legal holiday then on the day
following, [and also on the second Monday in April, if
not a legal holiday, and if a legal holiday then on the day
following, ] conduct a registration of the qualified voters
of said town.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.
