Act and the qualifications of the members of said Board
at the time this Act is passed, these conflicts shall be
resolved at the time a successor or successors are appointed
or elected, for the positions in question.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

(Senate Bill 120)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 603 and 605 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1943
Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's
County", sub-title "Fire Companies", as said sections
were amended by Chapter 328 of the Acts of 1949 and
Chapter 509 of the Acts of 1951 and to enact in lieu
thereof two new sections to be known as Sections 603
and 605 of said Article and to follow immediately after
Sections 602 and 604, respectively, of said Article relat-
ing to the appropriations to be made to the Volunteer
Firemen's Association in Prince George's County and
its auxiliary rescue squads and relating to the Treas-
urer's bond therefor.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 603 and 605 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County (1943 Edition), being
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Prince George's County", sub-title
"Fire Companies", as said sections were amended by
Chapter 328 of the Acts of 1949 and Chapter 509 of the
Acts of 1951 and to enact in lieu thereof two new sections
to be known as Sections 603 and 605 of said Article and to
follow immediately after Sections 602 and 604 respectively
of said Article be and the same are hereby repealed to read
as follows:
