passers in a conspicuous manner. Any person so doing
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
before any Justice of the Peace shall pay a fine of [Fifteen
Dollars ($15. 00)] NOT LESS THAN TWENTY-FIVE
DOLLARS ($25. 00) NOR MORE THAN One Hundred
Dollars ($100. 00) and the costs; the prosecution of such
offenders shall be made and proceedings instituted by the
landowner or tenant of the property unlawfully entered.
Any person convicted under the provision of this section
who at the time of said conviction is the holder of a license
for hunting any wild bird or animal under the provisions
of Article 66C, shall have his license revoked immediately
upon conviction for a period of one year. Any person who
is not the holder of such a license shall not be issued a
license until one year after any conviction under the pro-
visions of this section.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

(Senate Bill 405)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
605A of the Prince George's County Code (1943 Edi-
tion), being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Prince George's County", sub-title
'Tire Companies", as said section was amended by
Chapter 487 of the Acts of 1951 and to add a new sub-
section to Section 605B of said Code, said new sub-
section to be known as Sub-section (j) and to follow
immediately after Sub-section (i) of said section, add-
ing the thirteenth election district and certain fire com-
panies to the provision of said section and providing
for a referendum thereon.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 605A of the Prince George's County Code
(1943 Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of Public
