SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That all bonds issued
pursuant to the authority of this Act, and the interest
thereon, and the income derived therefrom, in the hands
of the holders thereof from time to time, shall be and are
hereby declared to be exempt from State, County and
Municipal taxation of every kind and nature whatsoever in
the State of Maryland.

(House Bill 806)

AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County (1943 Edition), being
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Prince George's County", sub-title "Schools",
said new section to be known as Section 1233C, to follow
immediately after Section 1233B of said Code, as said
section was enacted by Chapter 910 of the Acts of 1947,
providing for the establishment, maintenance and super-
vision of a system of kindergarten schools in Prince
George's County and relating generally to kindergarten
schools in Prince George's County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added
to the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County (1943 Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's
County", sub-title "Schools", said new section to be known
as Section 1233C, to follow immediately after Section
1233B of said Code, as said section was enacted by Chapter
910 of the Acts of 1947, and to read as follows:

1233C. (a) The Board of Education of Prince George's
County is hereby authorized and directed to appoint a
