authority of Section 478 hereof, for the construction and
maintenance of additional wharves adjoining, adjacent to
or accessible from the Beverly Beach Roads and Taxing
District, established by Section 475 hereof, and the County
Commissioners of Anne Arundel County are hereby further
authorized and empowered, to acquire land for the con-
struction of such wharves, for roads leading thereto, and
for automobile parking lots adjacent thereto, by purchase,
gift and/or condemnation, out of the proceeds of the said
tax. All wharves constructed hereunder shall be subject
to the same limitations as to use, and subject to the same
regulations, governing the use thereof, as are set forth
or established under Section 479 hereof.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

(House Bill 655)

AN ACT to authorize the issuance of bonds of the Wash-
ington Suburban Sanitary District in a sum not ex-
ceeding $2,000,000, for constructing storm water or sur-
face drainage systems in the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District, to provide that said bonds shall be
guaranteed as to payment of principal and interest by
the County Council of Montgomery County and the
County Commissioners of Prince George's County, and
to provide for the payment of such bonds and the interest
thereon, and providing conditions for the expenditure
of the proceeds of said bonds.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That for the purpose of carrying out the pro-
visions of Chapter 526 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1943, as amended by Chapter 917 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1945, and Chapter 732
of the Acts of 1947, the Washington Suburban Sanitary
