CHAPTER 366

(House Bill 622)

AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County (1943 Edition) and
the Montgomery County Code (1950 Edition), being
Articles 17 and 16, respectively, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, titles "Prince George's County"
and "Montgomery County," sub-title "Washington Su-
burban Sanitary District," said new section to be known
as Section 1420H of the Code of the Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County (1943 Edition), and Section 130-
18B of the Montgomery County Code (1950 Edition),
and to follow immediately after Sections 1420G and 130-
18A, respectively, adding an additional area to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County
(1943 Edition) and the Montgomery County Code (1950
Edition), being Articles 17 and 16, respectively, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, titles "Prince
George's County" and "Montgomery County," sub-title
"Washington Suburban Sanitary District," said new sec-
tion to be known as Section 1420H of the Code of the
Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1943 Edi-
tion), and Section 130-18B of the Montgomery County
Code (1950 Edition), and to follow immediately after Sec-
tions 1420G and 130-18A, respectively, and to read as
follows:

1420H. (130-18B) (a) The area herein described is
hereby added to the Washington Suburban Sanitary Dis-
trict created by Chapter 122 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1918:

All that area in Montgomery County lying within the
following boundaries:

Beginning for the same at the intersection of the existing
Washington Suburban Sanitary District boundary line, 200
feet north of Halpine Road, and the easterly property line
of Twin-Brook, Inc., and running thence along said easterly
