mit a part of said loan to the legal voters of said City at
different times; and any ordinance or ordinances submitting
the whole or any part of this loan to the legal voters of Bal-
timore City shall provide for the expenditure of the pro-
ceeds thereof in accordance with the provisions of the
Charter of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, and by
the municipal agency designated in the annual Ordinances
of Estimates of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

CHAPTER 328
(House Bill 381)

AN ACT to add a new section to the Montgomery County
Code (1950 Edition), being Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery
County", sub-title "Division into Election Districts", said
new section to be known as Section 113-15A, to follow
immediately after Section 113-15 of said Code, to em-
power the Mayor and Council of Rockville, by ordinance,
to divide the Town of Rockville into election districts.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to
the Montgomery County Code (1950 Edition), being Article
16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Montgomery County", sub-title "Division into Election
Districts", said new section to be known as Section 113-
15A, to follow immediately after Section 113-15 of said
Code, and to read as follows:

113-15A. Division into Election Districts. The Mayor
and Council of Rockville shall have the power and author-
ity, by ordinance, to divide the City of Rockville into two or
more election districts, as in their discretion may be deemed
necessary or expedient for the convenience of the voters,
