and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed as having

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

(Senate Bill 311)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 94 and 95A of Article 6 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Caroline County", sub-title "Circuit Court", sub-
heading "Court Stenographer"; to repeal Sections 115
and 116A of Article 8 of said Code, title 'Cecil County",
sub-title "Circuit Court", sub-heading "Court Stenog-
rapher"; to repeal Sections 132 and 134 of Article 15 of
said Code, title "Kent County", sub-title "Circuit Court",
sub-heading "Court Stenographer"; to repeal Sections
174A and 176 of Article 18 of the said Code, title "Queen
Anne's County", sub-title "Circuit Court", sub-heading
"Court Stenographer"; to repeal Sections 57 and 59 of
Article 21 of said Code, title Talbot County', sub-title
"Circuit Court", sub-heading "Court Stenographer";
and to add three new sections to Article 26 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Courts",
said new sections to be known as Sections 43A, 43B and
43C, to follow immediately after Section 43 of said
Article and to be under the new sub-title "Circuit Courts
for the Counties—Court Stenographers", relating to the
salary of the Court Stenographer for the Second Judi-
cial Circuit.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 94 and 95A of Article 6 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Caroline County", sub-title "Circuit Court", sub-heading
"Court Stenographer"; Sections 115 and 116A of Article
