AN ACT to add twelve new sections to Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Frederick County", said new sections to be known
as Sections 721A to 721L, inclusive, to follow immedi-
ately after Section 721 thereof, and to be under the new
sub-title "Rosemont", creating the village of Rosemont
as a municipal corporation and relating generally to the
powers, rights and duties of the officials of the town
and to the general government thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That twelve new sections be and they are hereby
added to Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Frederick County", said
new sections to be known as Sections 721A to 721L, in-
clusive, to follow immediately after Section 721 thereof,
and to be under the new sub-title "Rosemont", and all to
read as follows:
ROSEMONT
721A. The inhabitants of the village of Rosemont, in
Frederick County, Maryland, be and they are hereby con-
stituted a body corporate, by the name of the Village of
Rosemont and by that name shall have perpetual succes-
sion, may hold real and personal property, sue and be sued
and have and use a common seal.
721B. The corporate limits of Rosemont shall be as
follows:
Starting at the intersection of the Center Line of the
Petersville Road and the corporate limits of Brunswick, the
said point being in the center of the County Road; thence
along said County Road and corporate limits of Brunswick
south 47° 17' east, a distance of 522 feet + or ; thence
continuing along the center line of said road and corporate
limits of Brunswick south 58° 25' east, a distance of 363
feet + or; thence continuing along said corporate limits
of Brunswick south 66° 58' east, a distance of 505 feet
