SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall

(House Bill 149)

AN ACT to repeal Section 274A of the Code of Anne
Arundel County (1947 Edition), being Article 2 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, said section
having been enacted by Chapter 106 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1950 and describing the
metes and bounds of the eight districts of Anne Arundel
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 274A of the Code of Anne Arundel
County (1947 Edition), being Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, said section having been
enacted by Chapter 106 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.
