waters and the Game and Inland Fish Commission, then
said fines or amount as agreed upon shall be paid to the
Game and Inland Fish Commission to be credited to the
State Game Protection Fund and the name Game and
Inland Fish Commission shall be intended as the bene-
beneficiary instead of the Conservation Commission or
Conservation Department. Any money received by said
Commission pursuant to such an agreement shall be paid
into the State Game Protection Fund and is hereby spe-
cifically appropriated to be expended by said Commission
for the purposes above named.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tions 230A, 230B, 230C, 230F, 230J, 230K and 230L of
Article 14 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Howard County", sub-title "Plan-
ning and Sub-division Control", said sections having
been enacted by Chapter 424 of the Acts of 1951, relating
generally to the membership of the Howard County
Planning Commission, to the appointment and qualifica-
tions of the members thereof, and clarifying other
provisions of said sub-title.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 230A, 230B, 230C, 230F, 230J, 230K and
230L of Article 14 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Howard County", sub-title
"Planning and Sub-division Control", said sections having
been enacted by Chapter 424 of the Acts of 1951, be and
they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:
230-A. The Howard County Planning Commission shall
consist of five members, [of whom three shall be members
