CHAPTER 182
(Senate Bill 313)
AN ACT to repeal Section 230H of Article 14 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Howard County", sub-title "Planning and Sub-division
Control", as said section was enacted by Chapter 424 of
the Acts of 1951, removing from said sub-title the
authority of the Howard County Planning Commission
to acquire land through condemnation.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 230H of Article 14 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Howard
County", sub-title "Planning and Sub-division Control",
as said section was enacted by Chapter 424 of the Acts of
1951, be and it is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

CHAPTER 183
(Senate Bill 316)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
202 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1951 Edition), title "Natural Resources", sub-title
"Game and Fresh Water Fish", clearly to exempt Public
Sanitary Districts created by legislative enactment from
the requirement of furnishing fish ladders or payment
in lieu thereof in constructing any non-commercial dams.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 202 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Natural Resources", sub-
title "Game and Fresh Water Fish", be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as
follows:
