date of its passage.

AN ACT to add a new section to Higinbothom's Code of
Harford County (1942 Edition), being Article 13 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford
County", sub-title "Belair", said new section to be known
as Section 91C and to follow immediately after Section
91B thereof, extending the boundaries of the Town of
Bel Air, in Harford County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Higin-
bothom's Code of Harford County (1942 Edition), being
Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Harford County'', sub-title "Bel Air", said new
section to be known as Section 91C, to follow immediately
after Section 91B thereof, and to read as follows:
91C. The following area is hereby added to the Town
of Bel Air:
BEGINNING for the same at a concrete monument
marked BTL 1929 heretofore set at the southwest corner
of the lot of John S. Carver and wife, said marker being at
the end of the South 49 degrees 06 minutes West 218. 78
feet line of the Corporate Limits of the Town of Bel Air
as set forth in the Acts of 1951, Chapter 707, and running
thence with the Corporate Limits as therein set forth
South 49 degrees 06 minutes West 101. 22 feet, thence
South 40 degrees 19 minutes East 380 feet, thence South
49 degrees 26 minutes West 320 feet, thence South 40
degrees 19 minutes East 703 feet, thence South 49 degrees
26 minutes West 490. 33 feet to a concrete monument, set
in said outline, at the northwest end, and the southwest
