shall be necessary to transfer the names of voters from the
Registry books, which may be in use, to loose-leaf pages,
such transfer of names shall be accomplished by said Regis-
trars, as directed by the Mayor and Council and the new
registration lists shall be certified by them as accurately
transferred.
[d. ] e. The said Registrars shall, at their regular
sittings:
(1) Record upon the appropriate registration book or
books or loose-leaf pages, the names of all persons who are
qualified voters of the said [Town] City under the provi-
sions of this sub-title and whose names are not recorded
in said book or books or loose-leaf pages, together with such
information as the Mayor and Council of Rockville may,
from time to time, by ordinance require to be recorded;
and
(2) Strike from the said book or books or loose-leaf pages,
the names of all deceased persons, and of all persons who
shall have removed from the corporate limits of the said
[Town] City and remained absent for a period of six con-
secutive months and taken up their residence elsewhere.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

AN ACT to authorize and empower The City of Salisbury
to borrow upon its faith and credit a sum or sums of
money not exceeding Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000. 00),
to issue a note or notes or other evidence of indebtedness
for the payment of the same, to use the proceeds thereof
for the purpose of purchasing and installing an am-
bulance and accessory equipment, and to levy upon all
assessable property in the City of Salisbury and collect
