(House Bill 252)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
160 (c) AND SECTION 163 (B) of Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title
"Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Dorchester County
Dispensary", providing that there shall be two stores
maintained by the Liquor Control Board of Dorchester
County and specifying the location thereof, AND PRO-
VIDING FOR THE DISPOSITION OF ANY NET
PROCEEDS IN EXCESS OF $16, 000. 00 IN ANY YEAR
RECEIVED BY THE SAID LIQUOR CONTROL
BOARD.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 160 (c) AND SECTION 163 (B)
of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951
Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Dorchester
County Dispensary", be and it is THEY ARE hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
160.
(c) [The Board shall establish and maintain one store
only, located within the corporate limits of Cambridge,
said store to be known as the Dorchester Liquor Dis-
pensary, ] The Board shall establish and maintain two
stores only, both to be located within the Seventh or Cam-
bridge Election District of Dorchester County, said stores
to be known as the Dorchester Liquor Dispensaries, for
the sale of all alcoholic beverages except beer, in sealed
packages or containers, which packages or containers shall
not be opened nor their contents consumed upon the prem-
ises where sold.

(B) ON OR BEFORE FEBRUARY 15TH IN EACH
AND EVERY YEAR THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF DORCHESTER COUNTY SHALL ALLOCATE TO
THE CAMBRIDGE, MARYLAND, HOSPITAL, INC.,
