It shall be illegal for any retail aviation gasoline dealer
to sell, give, dispense or deliver any tax free motor vehicle
fuel to other than aircraft. Every retail aviation gasoline
dealer operating on any airport or landing field licensed by
the State Aviation Commission who violates the above
provision in any respect shall, upon conviction, be subject
to a fine not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) or
to imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days, or
both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted by the General Assembly, That this
Act shall take effect June 1, 1953.

CHAPTER 134
(House Bill 226)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sub-
section (a) of Section 532 of the Charter of Public Local
Laws of Baltimore City (1949 Edition), title "Miscel-
laneous Local Laws" sub-title "Police Commissioner",
heading "Organization of Force", as said sub-section was
amended by Chapter 457 of the Acts of 1951, providing
for the AN increase of 200 more feet IN patrolmen to
OF the Baltimore City Police Department and author-
izing the Police Commissioner to appoint such feet
patrolmen.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That Sub-section (a) of Section 532 of the
Charter of Public Local Laws of Baltimore City (1949
Edition), title "Miscellaneous Local Laws" sub-title
"Police Commissioner", heading "Organization of Force",
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments, to read as follows:

532. The Police Commissioner shall have the power to
remove any uniformed officer for any violation of any rule
or regulation which he may make and promulgate to the
