CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES SHALL HAVE
ENACTED LEGISLATION PROVIDING PERMANENT
EASEMENT RIGHTS FOR THE USE OF WATER
FROM THE POTOMAC RIVER TO THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, ITS POLITICAL SUB-DIVISIONS, ITS
INDUSTRIAL BUSINESS UNITS AND ITS CITIZENS,
AS DEFINED IN SENATE BILL 711 AS PENDING
BEFORE THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

CHAPTER 121
(Senate Bill 212)
AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Baltimore County (1948 Edition), being Article
3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Baltimore County", said new section to be known as
Section 269A, to follow immediately after Section 269
of said Code and to be under the new sub-title "Reports
of Motor Vehicle Accidents", relating to the reports of
motor vehicle accidents.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to the Code
of Public Local Laws of Baltimore County (1948 Edition),
being Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Baltimore County", said new section to be
known as Section 269A, to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 269 of said Code, to be under the new sub-title "Re-
ports of Motor Vehicle Accidents", and to read as follows:
Reports of Motor Vehicle Accidents
269A. The Police Department of Baltimore County
shall, upon application by any person, firm or corporation
and the payment of a fee of One Dollar ($1. 00), furnish
to such applicant a certified copy of said Department's
