SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 138 136 of Article 41 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Governor—Executive
and Administrative Departments", sub-title "State Library",
be and it is hereby repealed; and that Section 136 and

Section 144 of said sub-title be and they are hereby

repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

136. The State Library shall be kept in that part of
the [State House] Court of Appeals Building assigned and
used for the purpose.
