thereby conflicting with Section 87; now therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 90 (e) of Article 66½ of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Motor Ve-
hicles", sub-title "Administration—Registration—Titling",
be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

CHAPTER 111
(Senate Bill 27)

AN ACT to repeal Section 168 of Article 66½ of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Motor
Vehicles", sub-title "Operation of Vehicles Upon High-
way", said section relating to the reporting of accidents.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are amply cover-
ed by the provisions of Section 118 of Article 66½ thereby
making this section no longer necessary; now therefore.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 168 of Article 661/2 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Motor Ve-
hicles", sub-title "Operation of Vehicles Upon Highways",
be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.
