To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:

I, JOHN R. REEVES, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section
203 of Article 33 of the Code of Maryland (1947 Edition)
DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That at the election held on May 7, 1951
in the Town of Fairmount Heights, Prince George's County,
Maryland, an Act known as Chapter 512 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1951, was submitted to
the voters of Fairmount Heights, Maryland, for their adop-
tion or rejection, under the provisions of Chapter 512 of
the Acts of 1951, said Act being:

"An Act to provide for Street, Sidewalk and Sewer
bonds".

AND I DO CERTIFY, That at said election 109 votes were cast
in favor of the adoption of Chapter 512 of the Acts of 1951
and 12 votes were cast against the adoption of the said Act;
and a majority being cast for the adoption of Chapter 512
the said Act has, therefore, been ratified by the voters of
the Town of Fairmount Heights.
