1951, Ch. 112—Brentwood

To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:

I, JOHN R. REEVES, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section
203 of Article 33 of the Code of Maryland (1947 Edition)
DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That at an election held in the Town of
Brentwood, Prince George's County, Maryland on June 25,
1951, an Act known as Chapter 112 was submitted to the
voters of the Town of Brentwood, for their adoption or
rejection, under provisions of Chapter 112 of the Acts of
1951, said Act being:

"An Act increasing the compensation of certain officials
of the Town of Brentwood".

AND I DO CERTIFY, That at said election 215 votes were
cast in favor of the adoption of said Chapter 112 of the Acts
of 1951 and 50 votes were cast against the adoption thereof;
it was thereby ratified by the voters of the Town of Brent-
wood.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto sub-
