propelled by power, may be used, provided said winch boats
are BOAT IS anchored in four feet depth of water or less.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

(House Bill 508)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 463A-463Z, inclusive, of
Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Allegany County", sub-title
"Metropolitan Commission", said sections having been
enacted by Chapter 715 of the Acts of 1949, and to re-
peal any and all amendments or additions to said sub-
title, said sub-title relating generally to the creation,
powers, duties and operations of certain sanitary dis-
tricts within Allegany County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 463A-463Z, inclusive, of Article
1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Allegany County", sub-title "Metropolitan
Commission", said sections having been enacted by
Chapter 715 of the Acts of 1949, and all amendments or
additions to said sub-title, be and they are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.
