said [Statistical] Central Accident Records Bureau may
charge a fee of Fifty Cents (50¢) to all persons other than
an agency of the State or any sub-division thereof for
furnishing a copy of the report relating to any accident
and a fee of Twenty-five Cents (25¢) for searching its
files and producing an accident report on application of
any person wishing to make copy of same. In the absence
of pending prosecution or upon termination of any prose-
cution with respect to any traffic accident, the said [Sta-
tistical] Central Accident Records Bureau may furnish a
print of any photograph relating to such accident to any
person other than an agency of the State or any sub-
division thereof, and may charge a fee of One Dollar
($1. 00) per print.
47A. The said Bureau shall receive reports of accidents
from the Department of Motor Vehicles, under the pro-
visions of Sections 118 and 118A of Article 66½ of this
Code, tabulate and process said reports in order to make
complete records and analyses of motor vehicle accidents
in this State, and return the said reports to the Department
of Motor Vehicles.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1953.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 23 of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Cor-
porations, " sub-title "Building or Homestead Corpora-
tions, " to be known as Section 153A of said Article and
to be placed immediately following Section 153 thereof,
relating to payment of dividends.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be added to Article 23 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title
