CHAPTER 762
(Senate Bill 505)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-
section (c) of Section 659 of Article 66C of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Natural
Resources", sub-title "Oysters and Clams", relating to
the containers in which shucked oysters may be sold in
the State of Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sub-section (c) of Section 659 of Article 66C of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Nat-
ural Resources", sub-title "Oysters and Clams", be and it
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

(c) Measures for the Sale of Shucked Oysters. All
shucked oysters sold in this State shall be sold by the
Standard United States one-half pint, pint, quart or gallon,
liquid measure, or by fractions or multiples of these liquid
measures.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

CHAPTER 763
(Senate Bill 537)
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 6 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Caroline County", sub-title "County Treasurer", to be
known as Section 122A and to follow immediately after
Section 122 thereof, providing certain county and munic-
ipal tax exemptions for new industries and extensions
and additions to established industries located in Caro-
line County.
