follow immediately after Section 724BB of said Code,
to extend the limits of the Mayor and City Council of
Hyattsville, Maryland, a municipal corporation, by in-
cluding therein a part of Prince George's County con-
tiguous thereto.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added
to the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County
(Flack's 1943 Edition), said new section to be known as
Section 724CC and to follow immediately after Section
724B of said Code as enacted by Chapter 379 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1947 Session, and
to read as follows:

724CC. There is hereby annexed to the territory of the
Mayor and City Council of Hyattsville, Maryland, a muni-
cipal corporation, and to the First Ward thereof, all of the
land adjacent and contiguous to the present City of Hyatts-
ville in Prince George's County, Maryland, described as
follows:

Beginning for the same at a point where the westerly
line of the R. P. Evans Addition to Hyattsville is intersected
by the northerly line of Section One Lanhardt Sub-division,
all of which is shown on a plat of said Lanhardt Sub-divi-
sion as duly recorded among the Plat Records of Prince
George's County, Maryland in Plat Book WWW 17 at plat
66, thence running with the northerly line of said Lanhardt
Sub-division, North 64 degrees 25 minutes 16 seconds West
323. 61 feet to the northwest corner of said sub-division,
thence running with the westerly line of Section 1, Lan-
hardt Sub-division as recorded aforesaid, Section 2, Lan-
hardt Sub-division as recorded in Plat Book WWW 18 at
plat 95, one of the Plat Records of said County, and the ex-
tension of said westerly line South 21 degrees 00 minutes
00 seconds West until it intersects the centerline of the
Northwest Branch, thence running with the meanderings
of the centerline of the Northwest Branch, northwesterly
until said centerline intersects the centerline of Queens
Chapel Road as now laid out, thence running with the cen-
terline of said Queens Chapel Road as now laid out until
it intersects the northerly line of Hamilton Street as now
laid out, thence running easterly with the northerly line
of Hamilton Street as now laid out until it intersects the
prolongation of the aforementioned westerly line of R. P.
Evans Addition to Hyattsvillle, thence running with the
said westerly line of R. P. Evans Addition to Hyattsville
to the point of beginning.
