porate limits or boundaries, any law, ordinance or resolu-
tion to the contrary notwithstanding.
(f) The bonds issued under the provisions of this sec-
tion, their transfer and the income therefrom (including
any profit made on the sale thereof) shall at all times be
free from taxation by the State of Maryland or any of its
political subdivisions, or by any town or incorporated
municipality or any other public agency within the State.
(g) The provisions of this section shall be deemed to
provide an additional and alternative method for the doing
of the things authorized hereby, and shall be regarded as
supplemental and additional to any powers conferred by
other laws, and shall not be regarded as in derogation of
any powers now existing. All laws or parts of laws incon-
sistent with the provisions of this section are hereby re-
pealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

AN ACT to add a section to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Anne Arundel County, (1947 Edition), being Article
2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Sanitary Districts",
to follow immediately after Section 495A and to be known
as Section 495B, conferring authority upon the Anne
Arundel County Sanitary Commission to refuse to install
water or sewerage facilities in any sub-district now or
hereafter constituting part of the whole Anne Arundel
County Sanitary District, in which water or sewerage
services have already been established by the Commis-
sion, if the estimated cost of the proposed facilities, plus
the remaining unamortized cost of facilities already in-
stalled in said sub-district by the Commission shall ex-
