person who, at the time of such sale, or delivery, is visibly
under the influence of any alcoholic beverage. It is hereby
expressed to be the legislative intent that the provisions
of Sub-section (a) of Section 114 shall not apply to Fred-
erick,
Carroll,
Cecil, Harford, Somerset, Talbot, Wicomico
and Worcester Counties and the law in these above-men-
tioned counties shall remain in the same force and effect as
if not amended by this section.

(c) In Montgomery County it shall be unlawful for any
person to sell or to give to minors any alcoholic beverages
or to keep ingredients, materials or instrumentalities with
intent to manufacture alcoholic beverages for sale or gift
to minors. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this sub-section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction thereof, shall suffer the penalties prescribed by
Section 188 of this Article.

(d) It shall be unlawful for any minor under twenty-one
years of age, either for his own use or for the use of any
other person, to represent his age to be twenty-one years or
over for the purpose of purchasing, receiving or obtaining
any alcoholic beverages. Any person violating any of the
provisions of this sub-section shall be guilty of a misde-
meanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less
than $10 nor more than $20 or imprisoned for not less than
five days nor more than twenty days, or both, in the discre-
tion of the Court.

(e) It shall be unlawful for any person not a minor under
twenty-one years of age to represent the age of any minor
under twenty-one years of age to be twenty-one years or
over for the purpose of aiding, assisting or abetting such
minor to purchase, receive or obtain any alcoholic bever-
ages. Any person violating any of the provisions of this
sub-section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon con-
viction thereof, shall suffer the penalties prescribed in Sec-
tion 188 of this Article.

(f) Nothing in this section shall be construed to apply
and be effective within the corporate limits of the City of
Annapolis. In the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, seventh

and eighth Election Districts of Anne Arundel County, it

shall be unlawful for any person under twenty-one years
of age knowingly to have in his possession on any public

street, road or highway or in any place of public resort,

or in any vehicle either public or private, any alcoholic

beverages belonging to himself or to any other person or

group of persons.
