town, city, or municipality monthly. The incorporated
town, city, or municipality shall furnish the Treasurer of
Prince George's County any, and all, figures and informa-
tion that the Treasurer of Prince George's County shall re-
quest, need, or require, or the contract shall become null
and void.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1953.

(House Bill 475)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 66½ of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Motor
Vehicles", sub-title "Operation of Vehicles Upon High-
ways", said new section to be known as Section 227A,
to follow immediately after Section 227 of said Article,
providing that no person other than the driver or fuel
station attendant shall occupy the school bus while such
bus is being fueled.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added
to Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951
Edition), title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title "Operation of
Vehicles Upon Highways", said new section to be known
as Section 227A, to follow immediately after Section 227
of said Article, and to read as follows:

227A. No person, other than the driver or fuel station
attendant, shall occupy or be on or within any school bus
while fuel is being supplied to such bus.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.
