SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts
of laws, whether public local or public general, inconsistent
with the provisions of this Act be and they are hereby re-
pealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

AN ACT to add nineteen TWENTY new sections to Article
11 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Frederick County", said new sections to be known
as Sections 751A to 751S 751T, inclusive, under the new
sub-title "Trailer Camps PARKS", and to follow imme-
diately after Section 750 of said Article, providing for
regulation, licensing and taxing of trailer coaches and
trailer coach parks in Frederick County OUTSIDE OF
THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF ANY MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION WHICH HAS ENACTED AN ORDI-
NANCE REGULATING TRAILER COACHES AND
TRAILER COACH PARKS, and providing penalties
for violation thereof AND PROVIDING FOR APPEALS
FROM ORDERS ISSUED BY THE BOARD OF
HEALTH.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That nineteen TWENTY new sections be and
they are hereby added to Article 11 of the Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Frederick Coun-
ty", said new sections to be known as Sections 751A to
75IS 751T, inclusive, under the new sub-title "Trailer
Gamps PARKS", and to follow immediately after Section
750 of said Article, and all to read as follows:
