131. (a) The open season for game birds and game ani-
mals shall be set by regulation of the Game and Inland
Fish Commission under authority conferred upon it by
Section 5 of Article 99 within the prescribed dates listed
below. The Game and Inland Fish Commission shall adopt
and publish seasons on game birds and game animals an-
nually on or before April 25 of each year.
