South of the public road being the dividing line between the
Hutton tract and the Oakmont subdivision, thence follow-
ing said corporation line as established by an Act of the
General Assembly, 1947 Ch. 788, reversed to intersect the
line dividing the Wilmot property from the property of
Visnich; thence leaving said corporation line with said line
dividing said properties S 32-08-35 W
1026. 79' 1085. 00'
more or less to the end thereof; thence S 38-02-20 E, 924. 00'
with the westerly line of said Visnich tract; thence still
bounding said tract S 74-38 W, 186. 49'; thence S 56-31 E,
382. 32' with the westerly side of Rosemont Drive as laid
down in a plat of a subdivision called Rosemont recorded in
P. B. 44 at folio 3262 among the land records of said Mont-
gomery County; thence traversing said Rosemont Drive
N 33-29 E, 60. 00' to the easterly side of said Rosemont Drive
at its intersection with Virginia Drive of said subdivision;
thence along the easterly side of said Virginia Drive to the
point of beginning.

(B) BEGINNING AT A POINT WHERE THE CORPO-
RATE LINE OF THE TOWN OF GAITHERSBURG IN-
TERSECTS THE RIGHT OF WAY OF THE BALTIMORE
AND OHIO RAILROAD, SAID POINT BEING AT A
STONE PLANTED ON THE LAND FORMERLY OWNED
BY HENRY C. WARD AND BEING THE WEST MOST
POINT OF THE CORPORATE LIMIT OF THE SAID
TOWN; THENCE WITH THE SOUTHERLY LIMIT OF
THE SAID RIGHT OF WAY N 63-02-40 W TO A POINT
AT WHICH AN EXTENSION OF THE EASTERLY LINE
OF THE LAND OF CLITUS C. BOURDEAUX WOULD
INTERSECT SAID SOUTHERLY LIMIT; THENCE WITH
SAID EXTENSION S 28 W TO THE NORTHEASTERLY
CORNER OF THE SAID BOURDEAUX LAND; THENCE
IN THE SAME DIRECTION WITH THE EASTERLY
LINE OF SAID LAND, S 28 W 1001 FEET, MORE OR
LESS, TO THE INTERSECTION OF SAID LINE WITH
THE NORTHERLY LINE OF THE GAITHERSBURG—
BARNESVILLE ROAD (RT. 124); THENCE EASTERLY
WITH THE NORTHERLY EDGE OF SAID ROAD TO
THE PRESENT LIMIT OF SAID CORPORATION LINE
AS EXTENDED BY CHAPTER 157 OF THE ACTS OF
1951; THENCE WITH THE SAID CORPORATE LINE TO
THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
